Rigging the complete aircraft requires tools to measure horizontal, vertical, stagger, incidence and dihedral.  it is best to make sufficient to be able to measure several places at once because as you get one right, another goes out and it takes a lot of tweaking.

Put axles on blocks, level transversely at cockpit, place in flying attitude, true up centre section, check top wing level, check stagger 18″ at centre section & 18 5/16“ at struts, check incidence 2 degrees throughout, check bottom wing 5 degree dihedral.
